WHAT TO EXPECT
DO I NEED A DOCTOR’S REFERRAL?
There is no referral needed to come visit our office, and new patients are always welcome.
BEFORE YOUR FIRST VISIT
When you arrive, our welcoming staff will be there to assist you. You will be asked to fill out a Confidential Health Intake Form. You can save time by completing the forms sent via email before you come in.
YOUR FIRST VISIT
Thorough discussion of your health history
Complete orthopaedic and neurological exam
If necessary, imaging may be requested
In most cases, you will have a treatment on this visit. Please be prepared to spend up to one hour with us on this visit.
YOUR SECOND VISIT
The second visit will be the regular 20-30 minute appointments. Since we have already completed the initial visit, we can focus on regular chiropractic treatments to help you get back to normal.
WHAT IF I HAVE A QUESTION?
We will be happy to answer any questions or concerns that you may have at any point. Our goal is to make your experience in our office as comfortable as possible.
